Chamomile Cleansing Oil (all skin types)

Directions - Apply a small amount with a dry cotton pad to the face and neck and around the eyes. Add water and cleanse thoroughly to transform into a milky clenser. Rinse with warm water. Close eyes and spread over lashes to dissolve mascara. Emulsify by adding warm water, then rinse thoroughly. Can be used alone or as a pre-cleanse oil before other cleansers.
